Welcome to Cole’s of Andalucia, a family run company specialising in property sales & relocation. We are based in Los Gollardos, Almeria & also operate from UK in Derby.
I’m Simon Cole, owner of the company, who together with my wife Rachael & two children, relocated to Spain for a better quality of life & to enjoy the superb climate that the country offers. Having already devoted my career to date within the property industry, I started working in Mojácar with a market leader in property sales. Cole’s of Andalucia was formed to satisfy the genuine customer needs, of a more personal nature & not just the feeling of a name on a computer. Having done so ourselves, we know that relocating to Spain required a huge amount of information, help and organisation. It is much more than just a property purchase.

We provide an introductory meeting with an English speaking lawyer, with no obligation to use them, financial advice if needed and rental / management advice.
Over the duration of your viewing trip we can provide an in-depth view of Spanish life, including schools in the area, supermarkets, clubs & associations, of all interests. We can provide help on purchasing cars, furniture and any extras associated with your new purchase such as air conditioning, satellite TV, removals and any paper work required on arrival.
