inspection visits
Following a telephone introduction, arrangements can be made by you or us, for flights into your chosen airport, typically, Almeria, Murcia or Alicante. We are happy to provide your hotel accomodation on a bed & breakfast basis. The flight cost will be refunded by Cole’s of Andalucia on the completion of a re-sale property (usually 6 to 8 weeks) and for any new build purchase, the refund will be payable on receipt of the first percentage payment made to the builder, subject to terms & conditions. When your travel arrangements have been finalised a full internary will be sent to you with a selection of properties currently available.
welcome to Spain
On your arrival in Spain you will be met at the airport by one of our team who will take you to your hotel, making sure of your satisfaction. Your first day in Spain will be a full tour to give you an appreciation of the Almeria area & all it has to offer. Then onto a tailored property inspection tour over a couple of days. We offer a hassle free but more importantly, pressure free tour. Unlike others, we are confident of our services and products. We will help and advise, nothing more and if you wish to spend time on your own whilst here, no problem!
viewing properties
After a full tour of the area, you will view a selection of properties that meet your specification and your budget.
your decision
This is your time to evaluate whether any of the properties you have seen are of interest. We can also arrange an introduction to a legal team to answer any questions.
if you go ahead
If you see a property you like, this is a great time to appoint a solicitor of your choice, you will then pay a reservation on the property, usually 3,000 euros, open a Spanish bank account, & generally take time to arrange your finances etc.
after sales
We are here to ensure the buying process runs smoothly & liaise with builders and solicitors on your behalf. We will offer you a full after sales service.
completion
Completion takes place at the Notaries office where you will be present as well as your solicitor and if you are taking out a mortgage, the bank manager. Then it’s celebration time!
